anws, there's this news today tt pple from i-duno-where dress up as cartoon characters to have children listen to them play music. i ask how does tt makes the student appreciate music? they will simply just associate those music they play as something produced from a cartoon character, which is the main feature tt attracts them, not music. so y they have the misconception tt the kids will appreciate the arts from this? like hello arent the kids just sitting there for the sake of looking at the cartoon not bcos the music is good? the real meaning of music seems to be lost. kids r attracted to the cartoonistic features but not to the music itself. so i wonder, if the music is really captivating, y need this effort to draw kids to sit there to listen? while in actual fact they r only doing so bcos they find interest in the cartoon dressing. -.-
